Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs in Puerto Rico, Camille Z. Olivieri grew up inspired by the tireless work ethic of her grandparents and parents to forge her own success. After graduating, with a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in 2003, she began her career in the compliance and quality management services industry.

Serving as an auditor for a year, Ms. Olivieri became active as a quality specialist for Wyeth Pharmaceutical and at Pfizer in Guayama between 2006 and 2012. Since then, she’s excelled as a raw material specialist, a QA specialist, a manager, and a quality management systems director across numerous companies.

In 2023, Ms. Olivieri joined RT Formulators LLC, where she’s found success as Director of Compliance Cosmetics & Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturing. In this capacity, she utilizes her accrued expertise in a regulated pharmaceutics environment, leading and developing a team, building Quality Systems and Compliance programs, and providing food safety, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, supplies, and manufacturing services.

Reflecting on her career, she considers the highlight to be all her significant strides in collaborating with agencies over the years, having her hard work be widely acknowledged and seeing strong professional relationships develop. Approaching her work with integrity and dedication, she instills her ethos in those she recruits and leads as they take on high-stakes projects that directly influence people’s lives. Looking ahead, she strives to steer a business and create a strong, beneficial product that could serve as a reliable source of income for families within the community; she would like to be able to sustain 100 families while also offering health benefits to customers.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Olivieri volunteers with a local animal rescue and spends time with family, traveling to Puerto Rico as much as she can.
